i love to make lists. especially ones like this. last year i wrote a '24 before 25' and it's definitely something i wanted to repeat. but different. this time i'm making two lists, i couldn't imagine what the rest of 25 has in store for me so in the meantime here's my first 12...
before i start, i just saw this set of bowls on oh, hello friend and if i won lotto tonight they would be my first purchase

and so onto the rest of the day... i woke early, went for a run and what do you imagine i see sans camera? a sky full of hot air balloons.... sadly no photos so let me paint you a picture, the sun is just rising so it's that beautiful soft light, there's a gentle breeze and suddenly to my left a beautiful patchwork balloon rises up into the sky. magic. there's no other word for it.
congratulations harley, who is inspired by all of the beautiful foliage, makes me want to make something with an organic feel :) and is the random winner of my little journal give-away. thanks to everyone that entered, i loved hearing all your diffferent inspirations.
