sunday, i used this recipe to make bread rolls for lunch. i also decided to throw all caution to the wind and knead the dough by hand. forty minutes (and two do-you-think-it's-kneaded enough??!! phone-calls to my mum) it was ready to tie into delicious wee knots and we ate them straight out of the oven. so good!
today we're
i'm struggling to find the words to describe the past three months. i've met some amazing new friends, visited two states, eaten more cupcakes than vegetables (sorry mum), and that's just the start. thanks to you all, i miss you already and see you soon!
