just for fun i thought i'd share one of my latest designs for the minted 'untitled art challenge' and a little peek behind-the-scenes at all the changes it has been through...
love the colors but the bow was looking a bit weird

next i added a background color, some shading on the ribbon and tweaked the bow

and this is where i'm at now!
added some transparency, the bow is looking a million times better but i'm still not sold on the colors.
i'm drawn to bright colors in my designs but not sure if that's a universally, or indeed practical idea when choosing a print to hang in your home. i'd love to hear your thoughts! keep it bold? or tone it down a notch?
