for the days your brain just doesn't want to fire and deadlines are looming here's a few websites i've recently found helpful:

designspiration > lots of random eye candy and i find it less dangerous than opening up pinterest (i love pinterest but dang, one minute you're looking at a girl with sparklers in her hair and the next time you look up 2 hours have past!!)

stock layouts > this is bread and butter design inspiration. a good selection of different design styles and ways to combine multiple photos.

eva black design, stitch design co and the veda house are three design blogs i subscribe to. they're always interesting and i like the way you get to see a little of the process behind finished work.
