toolbox today is some advice on more of a personal note. as discussed previously i'm doing away with year long resolutions and instead setting myself three goals a month. i'll have my goals for february up over the weekend but in the meantime i wanted to share three things that have been helping me form good habits (and therefore have enough time to blog, walk and take more photos):
read this post: my take-away quote is, 'productivity is about constraints and concentration'. but most importantly, the critical three. i am challenging myself to set three tasks to accomplish per night. otherwise the to-do list gets waaaay too long and easy to procrastinate over!
print this calendar: seeing the month laid out infront of me has been invaluable for planning.
watch this video: 'done is better than none'. with multitudes of applications, i've found myself muttering this when the procrastination party sets in (see above!)
toolbox is a weekly post offering a selection of websites or links that i've found inspirational or helpful as a designer in my 9 to 5 design day. to see the rest of the series please click here.
